It would be fair to say that it's been a bit of a journey to get here (that's the short and less emotional version, maybe some more on that another time), but we're now thrilled to announce that we are expecting our Baby Bean in August of this year!
And while SHE has some big shoes to follow in terms of cuteness and cheekiness, we're 150% sure she'll be as perfect and as gorgeous! Bean already has the start of a pretty impressive shoe collection...check it out :-). And not to mention a well-stocked wardrobe of boys hand-me-downs to look forward to (hhhmm somehow I don't think so!).
After an exhausting first trimester, we're now enjoying the second trimester, although I am already sporting quite a bump so am a little worried about the 'bigger' weeks to come - after all we never actually made it that far with Nate as he was out at 33w6d. This week we have just clocked past the 17week mark, in our 18th week, and Bean will be about 15-16cm long and will weigh in at about 140g.
